Like Cjmc, Coweta, Oklahoma, I had ordered from Wu-Yi Source a samplle free pack of tea, and was surprised to see in my bank account subsequent new charges at around 45.00 for two new despatches of tea which I had not ordered.

I was dismayed and wrote to my bank to stop further amounts being charged.

I then phoned the number that appeared on my delivery note 866-449-5567, and was pleased to receive an immediate real person in their delivery department to speak to. He was polite and efficient.

He searched for and immediately found my order. Explained that in the small print below the Free Trial Order, there was a phrase to the effect that If I did not do anything, then an unlimited monthly order would follow without further acknowledgement.

I told him that I was unaware of this, and did not want to repeat my order, because the postage was too expensive.

He then immediately cancelled my order, and said that there would be a refund to my account of the two deliveries charged for.

As yet of course I have not received this money to my account as this was only a few minutes ago. However if this happens, then I would consider this a very proper and efficient transaction.

I canot say whether or not the product works, I have not properly conducted my trial. However as far as - Anonymity and - No telephone number being available, and - 10 e-mails going unanswered, as reported by Cjmc
