Living Lean finally credited my card for 3 individual charges of $19.95 on May 19,08. However, I still have not received a credit of $37.00 for the WU-WI Tea which they guaranteed 60 day money back. They need to update their advertising material so that it clearly shows there is an additional charge for a web site, Living Lean, that goes along with purchasing the tea.

I just sent information to my credit card company contesting these charges May 5. Wu-WI Tea has a web site called Living Lean both associated with Raven Media. That is how they got my credit card number. .They did not say any where on their web site about the $19.95 monthly charge being included for this web site. It mentions going to the website but I never went there as this was in very fine print.

How did they get your credit card number to charge in the first place? Did you give it to them? If something bills itself to me as FREE and then it asks for a CREDIT CARD NUMBER, there has to be a reason WHY. Now, I guess you know why. If it asks you for your credit card, it is NOT free... DO NOT PUT YOUR PERSONAL IDENTITY INFORMATION INCLUDING PHYSICAL HOME ADDRESS AND HOME OR EVEN CELL PHONE NUMBER OR ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION ON THE INTERNET AND THAT INCLUDES BANK ACCOUNT, PAYPAY ( I GOT RIPPSED OFF $200 FROM THOSE BUMS) AND CREDIT CARD NUMBERS! THEY HAVE NOT YET INVENTED THE SYSTEM THAT CANNOT BE HACKED BY SOMEBODY! I have friends in the high-tech industry and while they do NOT hack, they are often called upon to FIND and BUST the criminals who do! You have put fraud alerts on your accounts at the three major reporting agencies, I hope. I would also advise my credit card company and see if they will issue you one with a new number of something. I have had my identity stolen three times. It is NOT fun when Uncle Sam wants to know about all these jobs and wants the income tax and I have never even been in the city where these people with my name worked.
