I ordered a ben 10 alien force box set for my son from what checked out as an Australian business and website. When I received the goods it was from china, fake, badly made and not at all what was advertised.
Follow up service was nothing but a run around from them and their live chat help rep.,Zoe continually avoided the subject of a refund and would not give return or further contact details.
When I finally received an Email from them with return instructions it was a chinese apartment address and they tried to tell me it was an asian version. HELLO! Why did the packaging have an R-Restricted logo and BLU-RAY logo for a children's DVD?
