I purchased a car from All-Ride in Memphis, TN in February of 2003 (just 4 months ago). I purchased the deluxe warranty which is supposed to be the best that would only allow me to have a $100 deductible. 2 weeks ago I had to have valve seals replaced on the engine. I had to spend $300. This amount included the deductible plu the sales tax, which I was not initially made aware that I would have to pay. On Sunday June 15 the transmission died in the car (vehicle would not change gears and would not go in reverse). I took the car to a transmission specialist. Wynn's required that the transmission company take the transmission completely apart to determine which parts were damaged. This process costs $475. After the repair company found out the problem, Wynn's informed them that of the $4076 of the invoice Wynn's will only pay $2253. I have been on the phone with them all day trying to get them to understand my complaint. I am being told by Wynn's that they will only pay to put in used parts into the transmission. I advise everyone to stay away from this so called warranty company.
