Hello,
I"ve discovered a paypal payment scam for anyone looking for a basic landing page design, and anyone that might be paying
1.) Company will tell you yes to all of your requests and give you a fair market price for deliverables. In this case it was for a remaking of an exisiting webiste landing page. You will paypal 1/2 of the balance, and the other 1/2 upon completion.
2.) "Jenny" or another alias will tell you they are working on it, and send you an email as if all was normal.
Good Evening,
I will send you the first draft later this evening. Thank you for your patience. If you have any quesitons or concerns, feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,

After Asking for a refund, they put you into a "30 day" timeframe.
Good Morning,
I apologize for the inconvenience. You would have to wait 30 days to receive the refund from your initial request. If you’d like, I can send you what I’ve worked on and we can complete it or we can just wait for the refund to go through. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me.
3.) You will never receive anything, if you contact paypal they will deny you claim because its for a service. The scam operates on the loop hole in paypals terms. The seller knows exactly the loop hole they are exploiting. (notice there no comments at all from the seller), nor any proof of any deliverable.
