XTRONS UG ELECTRONICS LTD Sold Faulty Goods when returned no refund given SHENZEN Internet
Bought an XTRONS ANDROID STEREO unit for an Audi TT from their EBAY Store and paid £300 and seperately £30 for the dashcam, i got a professional stereo company to fit the stereo and they immediately informed me certian features didnt work WIFI, GPS being the main two.
I complained to the company stating I needed a replacement to be able to then pay the Stereo company to swap over which would cost me a further £90 anyway they refused and said no need to return the unit and they would immediately refund oin receipt of goods. Begrungingly I had no choice and had to pay the stereo fitters to take out the complete unit and wiring etc costing £150 for the complete deinstall and to put my OEM Stereo back in.
I sent the radio back tracked including the Dashcam then on the day they received back I asked them for my refund they refused and ignored my emails for the next 4 days. When I threatened reversing the payment they said they would be sorting the refund in 48 hours a week later they did not after several more emails ignored I raised a case with paypal for the theft of my money and then I got a message We have done the refund and it woukld be anoither 48hrs however being thick they clearly didnt think I just needed to login to paypal to clearly see nothing had been done, to give them the benefit of the doubt I called Paypal and they clearly stated nothing had been done at all.
I raised this with them and they came back with WE HAVE ALREADY REFUNDED please login to paypal and check, nothing at all had been refunded.
I have had various messages back all with stupid english names WENDY, LUCY etc when they are form an illegal factory in Shenzen they are trading illegally anyway as they are not registered with companies house or even in the uk their office is fake its a big yellow storage.
AVOID AT ALL COST THESE ARE SCAMMERS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY however reply here as I have a police case that are going to be freezing their assets Paypal etc and they also stated they would get the accounts Suspended on Ebay.
