I used to work as a designer for this company while it was still called Linktech. They would change their name and url periodically to dodge poor BBB and scam reports. Linktech International, Linktech Worldwide, Linktech Solutions, and now Yurz...it's all the same.
What the original reporter stated is true. There is a team of sales people calling real estate agents, promising them better search engine placement, and pressuring them (or flat out refusing) when they call to cancel. All of the websites are sold with the same text, so Google treats it like spam, and the only way to be ranked on the first page is if the user searches with very specific keywords like "portland real estate agent cottage north alberta big yard". Searching for "Portland Real Estate Agent" and you won't even crack the top 100.
Simply put, they want you to signup for reoccurring payments and there's not an easy way to cancel. Most of the stories I've heard involve having to call the bank to deny any further automatic withdrawals.
I haven't worked there since 2014. It's sad this company is still allowed to operate in this way.
