I am an employee of Zendoo.com. We are the world's largest on-line retailer of used cell phones. All of our phones are thoroughly tested and we do guarantee that they will be in the condition described. However, we realize that the occasional issue may present itself when selling used electronics. This is why we include a 30 day money back guarantee on all item sold (there are a few items on our website that do not qualify for this. If this is the case it is clearly stated). In this particular instance, the customer reported a problem and was issued a return authorization form to send the item back. It has not yet been received, but as soon as it is we will issue a full refund. Again, we do occasionally have customers who are not happy with our items, but we always go to any length we can to resolve the issue. Also, just on a side note, we have about 50 employees, not 1.
