One Travel Cheap O Air Sold us over 2000 dollars in tickets for an airline that stop service to an airport. Then only refunded us the insurance money so we could not recieve our extra fees for expenses for additional layovers. We tried for 2 weeks to get our money back. They kept telling us they will put us through to an operator. We are on hold for over 2 hours each time. This is an Indian call center with very rude people. They do not ever want to give money back.
