On 24 August 2015, I bought a ticket for a flight to Baltimore MD for Sept. 6th. I was issued Booking # 29847745. They generated another booking # 29847744. They said that they were processing this for a refund, but that it would take 7-10 days to process a refund because they had to wait to get the money back from American Airlines. I called to check with American Airlines. They said that they had only gottent the money for one ticket charge. When confronted with the evidence that they had lied, the One Travel representative (obviously in India) restated the policy and that I should see his position. The call ended there.
I have had no trouble with the company previously, but this is infuriating. This is a dixcount service, so I don't expect Cadillac service, but I don't expect to be stolen from, lied to, and then told that I have to wait for the money back immediately (which I desperately need). Thank you.

Customer actually double booked himself on line, made two reservations therefore was charged for both,. We did speak with him immediately and one of the reservations was canceled and voided out the same day. Therefore, the sale is not reported to his creditcard company and only the pre-authorization that was obtained is pending on his charge card. This usually get's released from ones bank or cc within 72 hours, So it may not look like a credit into ones bank, but will only show an increase in available credit. The airline didn't see the charge because it ws voided out, therefore he is not actually charged but only seeing the authorization that was obtained. We acted properly in resolving the double booking, and handled the issue correctly.
