Americo Financial Life and Annuity Insurance Company Americo Stole my money!
If I could give negative stars I would. Some insurance guy from this company called when I was a single mom and sold me on the idea that I could pay my monthly premium and if nothing happened to me I would get my money back in full at the end of the policy, AND if I ever needed to cancel my policy before then that I would get almost all of my money back at any time. HE LIED!!!
I called to cancel my policy, unfortunately the premiums are too much for me to continue paying right now and I could really use the money back. They told me they owe me nothing back according to my policy. WTF!?!! I informed them that is not what the representative told me and they only told me I could submit a written complaint.
PLEASE! DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE NOT HONEST AND YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!
