Complaint Review: Bolt Moving - Cincinnati Ohio

If I could give these clowns a ZERO rating I absolutely would. It took me a while to decide whether I wanted to voice my experience with them until I recently saw a truck of theirs as I was moving and wondered why the heck are they in business.

This company is biased on who they will treat well and won't. It seems that since the owners are in interracial relationships they favor treating whites better than African Americans by the responses I've read. The owners have gotten too big to do jobs anymore so now they have their thug buddies to do their jobs.

These workers took their sweet time and was high on marijuana and god knows what else but I as a nonsmoker of anything smelled it when they would return back into the house to carry more things. They stole from us and what they stole was all across the grid, my child's favorite toy, my tablet, dvds, and even my husbands bbq set I bought him for Father's Day!

I believe they tried stealing his tools as well. Who does that? Broke jokes who have no home training and should be in a locked cage somewhere eating slop who were probably just jealous that their baby mammies don't get them anything and can't afford to buy their kids anything and should have been neutered long ago.

They also broke my 3000 tv along with a second less expensive one and when i complained and wanted an insurance claim filed this ba$tard had the nerve to offer 60 bucks saying it was based off the weight of my tv not value.

Then his tail had the nerve to tell me maybe I'll find my items well here we are a few years later and guess what I never found them. What's worse is that I tipped these losers not knowing I had been ripped off already.

I absolutely hate these people and now that I'm coming out I'm not stopping with yelp I'm logging these petty theft thugs into the ripoff report as well. I hope one day you steal from the wrong family and you seriously deal with the consequences but from me I'm going to shoot this tacky company down with my words.

And I replaced my things and got better and instead of trying to give business to the black owned business while thinking I was helping them and saving this time when I bought the biggest house I invested in white business that didn't show up high or steal or damage any of my stuff and if you ask me it was worth every penny and I've recommended them ever since and said to heck with Bolt moving.

Thank you for stealing my child's toys to give to your ugly ones @$$. My kids still have more than yours ever will and I replaced that too your brats needed the hand me downs I guess. Before starting a business I wish you'd gotten over your self hate issues on you step on how better educated black clients while kissing up to other races and treating them good enough to get a review and invested in house training your thug wannabe workers before having them come into peoples homes.

The right to bear arms does exist and it's only a matter of time before they steal someone's gun or weapons or worse. If I were some violent thug more than likely they probably wouldn't have stole and damaged my house and that is a shame in itself. I'm not sorry that I'm not your breed or class of people you're used to apparently.
