Bravo's Supermarket Customer service, non justified search and possible health violations. Pembroke Pines 12141 Pembroke Road
On August 12th I went to this pace and both some items for about $17.22. The cashier mixed all the items. and I had to spent some minutes fixing my bags in a closer table. When I was leaving, I was approached in a rude way for the Security Guard asking me for the receipt and he made a search of all the items. He never identified himself and never kept the social distancing and explained why he was treating me in that way.
I am elderly and my concern now is that I was exposed to COVID-19 because the agent failed to follow the safety rules and I was feared of my security in that place. I tried to contact them via Facebook but received no answer. Definitely I will not return back to this place.
