Complaint Review: Casey's Bar & Grill - Belfair, WA

Since recently arriving at an accommodation with management, I have been coming back to Casey's as a customer again of late, however, I am still a bit disappointed with overall waitstaff inattentiveness, lapse of memory spells, and service delays & inefficiencies.

I have always enjoyed the food & drink (and typical friendliness of owners & staff), but the bottom-line is good consistent service, with which Casey"s still appears to struggle. Case-in-point: I order a meal to enjoy while watching NFL football on 10 Big-Screens (cool) ...... but when the meal arrives, I have to ask for condiments, or a knife and/or spoon to go with my fork brought with the ordered meal when it arrives at the table.

Moreover, when the morning football game is completed, they many times forget to change the channel and put the afternoon and/or Sunday Night NFL games on their multiiple fine big-screen TV's ..... and when politely asked to tune-in a game, they tend to forget to do it within a reasonable time-frame -- necessitating their having to be asked again ..... which embarrasses me and makes me uncomfortable to have to do that (uncool) ...... so then, I guess the lesson to be learned is "you can't have everything" ........... 'cos just where the hell would ya put it all anyways -- come to think of it, eh??!!!!!

UPDATED TITLE: COLOSSAL FAIL!!!!! Several Items Of My Valuable Personal Property Were Stolen From My Disabled Damaged Vehicle -- Under Suspicious Circumstances -- While It Was Being Stored Within North Shore Towing Company's "Secure" (???) Impound/Storage Lot .... i.e., During The Time In Which The Vandalized Vehicle Remained Under North Shore Towing Company's Care, Security Accountability, And Attendant Fiduciary Responsibility.

 I have been approached by the ownership & management element of the Casey's Bar & Grille establishment and have secured an apology and a promise that my concerns are being taken seriously and will be addressed and corrected.

I was thanked for bringing my concerns to the attention of the ownership group. I am pleased with their responsiveness, apology, position, concern, and interest in resolving the issue to my satisfaction. Their behavior in this regard is admirable, appreciated, respectable, and honorable.

I consider this matter rectified, satisfied, and closed. I feel compelled to remind everyone that the food at Casey's is of absolutely first-class quality and overall magnificence.

Due to some form of technical difficulty "glitch" (or my incompetence -- or perhaps a bit of both), response #4 ("COLOSSAL FAIL" ......... ), became improperly attached and thus erroneously associated with this report-thread concerning CASEY'S BAR & GRILLE.

Seeing as how said erroneously-placed rebuttal does not belong with this overall report-thread, please just DISREGARD it. Something went horribly awry.

There was a dark time in the despicable sordid ugly vile history of the VAPSHCS Seattle Division Medical Center when a battered & tattered ragged eyesore of a damaged Garrison-sized AMERICAN FLAG was allowed to fly high atop the tall main facility flagpole in disgraceful shame for several weeks prior to being reported to the management cadre crony fools den, and still allowed to remain flying in a Veteran-insulting disrespectful state for several days beyond the time of comp!aint report submission, before the ivory tower dwelling bogus braintrust numbskull jerkoffs ever lifted even one lazy fat finger to do anything whatsoever at all about it.

Administration officials never having served in the military had no respect for the veterans they were supposed to be serving, but conversely demonstrated unpatriotic contempt for said veterans, and by extension, the United States Of America. Moreover, the patriotic individual who formally submitted the flag-in-tatters complaint report through proper channels was roundly reviled and retaliated against by the administration arm of the Seattle VA.

Such vile vengeful misbehavior undertaken and patently perpetrated by an exposed -- thus "outed" -- and embarrassed administration is altogether incontrovertibly unholy, repugnant, abusive, dishonorable, disrespectful, vicious, vile, vindictive, shameful, disgusting, deplorable ...... and perhaps even far beyond. Their brand of evil is undoubtedly filthy rotten to the core, thus theirs is forever all dirty disgrace on so very many levels and likewise to so many extreme degrees.

I have met with the owner of Casey's Bar & Grille. We discussed my complaint and related issues. The owner has admitted to the erroneous information being allowed to remain on the electronic scanning readerboard as being tantamount to false advertising and offered me a believable heartfelt apology, which I have accepted.

The owner has informed me that all inaccurate misleading information appearing on the readerboard will be changed to reflect the truth post-haste. In closing this update addendum, I am compelled to admit that the food served by this establishment -- Casey's -- is indeed truly delicious, and of top quality ..... also reasonably-priced.
