Quoted for a commercial building roof repair. Agreed to price and gave him half up front and he deposited ASAP and said he’d start in 5 days. Did not show up. Had to call him every time for 3 weeks he lead us on. But always had an excuse. We asked for the deposit back since obviously he could not do the work. Now I am out a deposit, have to pay another month rent in a storage garage, and cannot rent out the spaces in the garage needing a roof.
Waste of life and should not be permitted to call himself a small business owner. He’s a scam artist. Small business owners support communities, their families, and employees family...he supports a scam.

This customer used pay pal to submit funds. PayPal refunded her full payment . The property in question here was an older home in Canton in need of extensive repairs. The canton building department issued a demand to the owner to get in compliance.
Our company applied for the proper permits and informed the city code enforcement that the repairs would be soon coming. After we applied the owner canceled and pay pal reversed any and all money involved.
