Complaint Review: CVS Matthew Waldrup Christine Dereck Ryan Smith - Phenix City AL

Ryan smith is the biggest jerk and they made him the pharmacy manager. He purposely left out medicine which we had to drive all the way back to the store and get the rest. They are the sorriest pharmacy employees you'll ever encounter. They are allowed to get away with messing with your health. We stayed as long as we could 13 years at this location because they hated me and my mother for no reason.

  There was no excuse for the incident on 01/10/2020 over diabetes test strips. Which ryan smith was in on the harassment about saying they never received the prescription from. They never would have my medicine ready at the promised time which is also caused the problem on that day. Which was a setup.

 More customers are coming out about being treated badly at this location over the past 11 months. CVS says they value us which is the biggest lie. If they did they wouldn't allow customers to get treated badly & my mother wouldn't have been treated badly or me at this location if they did value our business.

  We would still be allowed to get our medicine filled there. If they valued our business. 

The problem started was when the employees on 06/21/2020. Lied to us on the walmart neighborhood market saying the Doctor didn't put the date on the prescription.  Then they wanted us to drive around, & wait another 15 minutes.. We refused & this is what started it with the intern pharmacist the next day or so. She refused to fill our prescription for no reason.

 The same problem followed us from the Crawford rd cvs to up the highway to the neighborhood market pharmacy walmart. I know they slandered us from the crawford rd store. We were treated the same way not even 4 months after the 01/10/2020 incident at the crawford rd with Matthew, now we can't go back to the neighborhood market that is close to our house.

 We stand up for ourselves & they can't take it. So they tell us not to come back. Somehow they are able to get away with it. Well, it's Walmart that is why she was throwing her weight around refusing to fill our prescriptions then telling us we can't come back. Totally unprofessional.

It's not us it's them who have the problem. For why they don't want to fill our prescriptions. Walmart & CVS allows pharmacist and techs to withhold your prescriptions. That is why she acted the way she didn't, because she knows she won't be held accountable. 

CVS knows he is a drug-addicted acholic well their accuse is he has kids to support. Well, he wasn't thinking too much of them while he was abusing my mother telling her to leave and bragging about the board of pharmacy not doing anything to the store in front of the other store customers. He was always harassing my mom before the complaint about my test strips to check my blood sugar.

  The Alabama board of pharmacy is in cahoots with cvs mistreating and abusing pharmacy customers. He must not care too much for his kids for him to be abusing drugs and being acholic while being a pharmacist. It's shocking that cvs would still employ somebody like this.

  Because he is a pharmacist with more education than a nurse. Who will lose everything if they were caught abusing drugs and abusing drinking, this is why he treated my mom the way he did. He is a PIG!

Its cvs and the board of pharmacy allowing pharmacy employees to retaliate & tell the customer they can't come back. CVS allowed matthew to verbally abuse my mother but they turn it around & falsely accusing her of being an irate customer. When it was matthew and christine being irate out of control psychos.

 If customers aren't allowed to lose their mind & tell the employees off. Why are employees allowed to act like they just got out of a mental hospital and go complete psycho on a customer, because the board of pharmacy ruled in their favor.

The board of pharmacy has revoked other pharmacist licenses. But someone at the board of pharmacy reinstated his license and put him on 10 years probation allowing Matthew around drugs which is a known drug addict & he lied while taking a lie detector test. Matthew is still allowed to be a pharmacist abusing customers like the way him and christine did my mother.

  It's also because it's on crawford rd in phenix city, where all the sin happens back in the 1950s. The evil is still around that town because of the rotten law enforcement in the phenix city police department, being unjust * unfair to victims of abuse.

My moms lawyer said he just couldn't believe that employers would falsely accuse their employees. Because they have more education because they can be wolves in sheep's clothing. My mom never had a stable job because of people like this nursing home administrator or director of nursing. They already have mental problems when they become a nurse.

  When they get power it makes them criminals. But other people were saying that terri roop was such a wonderful boss but she wasn't after them like she was with my mother. She wanted to destroy my mother but she is destroyed so is Genell lee. Terri roop was like Hitler. Terri roop was just a crazy psycho that is why she was after my mother & many other psycho nurses who get their Rn or become a nursing home administrator. 

They have it out for people who are just trying to survive. But nobody can believe they would falsely accuse their employees, because RN or director of nursing is so trustworthy people yeah right! That is why they do this because nobody will think they can do such a thing.

CVS never gets punished nor the pharmacy employees or pharmacists who did this evil thing to my mom. My mom did do nothing to deserve this type of treatment nor me. This was a complete injustice done to my mother. Christine had no right to tell her to leave while she was already leaving. The store management hires bad pharmacists like Matthew and techs to treat customers like this.

  They don't treat all customers like how I & my mom were treated. The police are corrupt to the core in this town that is why they sided with Christine against us. Bad people like Matthew Dereck & Christine never get punished for lying about customers & saying they can't come back to the store because of a complaint.

It's unforgivable what they did to us at this cvs location. It turns how Matthew was a drug addict & an alcoholic & had already been in trouble in 2015. We haven't been having any trouble until he was hired in 2019. That is why I filed a complaint with the Board when this one tech acting like HAHAH harassing us & being down right ugly & unprofessional.

 She said that I am unable to handle two people's birthdays, then she shouldn't be a tech then. She was real smart mouth and ugly for no reason because we had been bad mouth once again by the long-term employees.  She was new along with Matthew it was always new employees who had heard lies about me & my mom from the other employees who get involved with harassing & discriminating against us.

It's unforgivable what they did to me & my mom. Mathew keeps violating his probation by drinking & taking drugs but he is now on 10-year probation this time around & had to pay a $5,000 fine instead of the $2500 fine.

  This CVS hires bullies & thugs our businesses didn't mean nothing to them for being going there for 13 years. Matthew the criminal drug addict pharmacist ruined it & Christine said she didn't want my mom back in the store.

 The phenix city police have always been prejudice against me & my mom. That is why they sided with cvs. Ken davis has been prejudice against us too. Always siding with the criminals. He needs to be indicted on corruption charges which he & the police department does everything they can to hide. 

 They shouldn't treat people like this. Even though they are laws that prohibit police from doing this to people. They still do against the law stuff in phenix city. Then I would never have made a complaint against them on this site. But when you had enough of being treated like this you had enough.

It was criminal what matthew and christine did to my mother. But because of the corrupt happening in phenix city. Businesses are allowed to ruin other peoples lives. We have a right to go to places and be treated the way customers should be treated. But instead I get accused of being the bad person along with my mother. The police sided with Christine that she didn't want my mother to come back.

  My mother and I have never done anytning wrong. We had been going to this store for 13 years. But the long term employees bad mouth us to new employees like Matthew and Christine then here we go. They been trying to get rid of us for a long time. I would complain to CVS the district managers would look into it but never did anything.

  But my mom over heard him bad mouthing her to the pharmacy employees about if the medicine isn't in stock then it isn't.  Things calm down for a while until Dereck one of the pharmacist started playing games that they claimed they never received a prescription. This went on for months until we stopped going their. This was going on all through 2019.

 It was only later that they were intentionally holding the prescription & harassing us being professional. We kept going back as long we could because they were getting their way in pushing me around. There was no need of them picking on us.

But the board of pharmacy doesn't do a thing for the pharmacy customers. All the complaints on google and yelp are negative. They are allowed to get away with treating customers bad at this cvs location. I just don't understand it.

 It was criminal what Dereck Matthew and christine did to my mother. She did nothing wrong my mother just stuck up for her  & matthew didn't like it. This is how abusers who abusers treat their wives act like. But the police defended them and said that we can't come back to this store and get our medicine filled here anymore.

This was an injustice done to my mother and me. I just had that those pharmacies think they got away with something. Complaints keep coming against them about the same thing. But they don't care because they get away with abusing pharmacy customers. The pharmacist and pharmacy employees at this location are sorry scum along with the store management who lets it happen along with the disctrict managers.

I don't see how this store even survives without them treat their customers after how badly I and my mom were treated. Over just for filing a complaint. It's always my mom they seem to have a problem with and they want to give her as much of a hard time they possibly can & they get away with it. Because CVS district managers sided with the employees.

That is why we continue to have trouble over the last 5 years while we had been going there for 0ver 13 years. But to treat a long term customer like this is wrong. But I've always been harassed on this site with others telling me what a liar and fraud I am. They don't even know me to say those things. They didn't experience this awful situation.

Because its people like them who think they don't have any trouble like this or face discrimination or unfairness.

Dereck told me earlier that day that it would be ready later that afternoon. But I was being set up. Because I & dereck had got into it a week or so before. When I had called in my medicine & the recording said it would ready by a certain time & I called the next day this new tech who had already been rude to me before & as usually, my medicine wasn't ready at the promised time.

 I asked why it wasn't ready at the promised time on the recording. This is why I filed the complaint to the Board of Pharmacy & with them discriminating & picking on me and my son. The tech said she would get them ready & rudely hung up on me. Then I complained to Dereck the pharmacist one of the trouble makers. Saying that she didn't hang up on me, so I told him are you calling me a liar & told him off & where he could go.

Then he had promised before that I would have no more trouble nothing. But he lied to me. They are allowed to get away with murder basically. If the Board of Pharmacy found they didn't do anything wrong with their bad customer service not giving me all my medicine & always having to go back.

They made him Ryan Smith the pharmacist who didn't know how to count the pharmacy supervisor. This one tech made me come in know my elderly mother could barely walk & she could have got my medicine ready at the window. This was another form of harassment that they got away with.

  The other people filed a complaint about the assistance pharmacist not being registered with the state. They got them in trouble. But when I filed my complaint about the harassment & being treated unfairly. The investigator recommended to the board not doing anything to them.

I had a complaint to CVS customer service about my treatment.   If Dereck didn't like to get complained about they shouldn't have had made such an issue about filling my sons or my medicine or making us go inside all the time or drive around.  Filing the complaint with the Board of Pharmacy is why I am not allowed to go back.

Because I did complain about how they were discriminating against me & my son/ But no action was never taking for why it got so out of control.

After reading that this pharmacy had two complaints against them for letting unregister pharmacy assistance give out medication. I can see why Matthew, Dereck & Christine were acting so crazy. But the Board of Pharmacy didn't do anything in the way how Matthew and Christine verbally attacked my mother telling her to leave & not come back. 

 Other customers had already complained about Christine about how rude & unfriendly she was to them. But I guess they were using Christine to get rid of my mother.  It was very unprofessional but this was my complaint to the Board of Pharmacy was about how they were treating us unfairly making issues about filling our medications for no reason.

 This is why the management at this store made ryan smith the pharmacy supervirus because he could protect the bad pharmacist like Matthew and Christine who was the so-called manager working that night.  But the store sicked her & Matthew on us.

 I hate them with a passion. People complain about being treated badly at these cvs pharmacies. But the Alabama board of nursing just turns a blind eye. And let them continue to treat customers badly & discriminatory. It's all the customers fault the abusive bully pharmacist or employee are never to blame. 

Team rebuttal is at it again by blaming me for everything & not the customer employee & laughing at me because I didn't win. But they insist on causing me all the distress and mental anguish they possibly can. I don't know why I have grief from people.

These pricks at this CVS could never understand about good customer service. Well, after looking them up at the Board of Pharmacy they did get discipline & had to pay a $500 fine back in 2002 & 2006 for letting unregistered pharmacy assistance give out drugs. They got caught twice & still allowed to remain in business. I can see why now we were treated badly all these years & why they didn't want us as customers.

  The pharmacist was doing illegal things letting unregistered people handle medicine. This is why Matthew thought he could abuse my mother mentally & verbally along with Dereck & Christine. Customers have a right to complain when being treated badly. But I know why they always acted like they were so untouchable our last visits.

 And plus how corrupt the phenix city police are in going against the victim me & my mom.

It's all a bunch of childish non sense. The police go against the person who is harassed in this town.  Christine is the one who slandered me to the police. She wasn't even around when Matthew who started it & Christine new that he started it. But she chose to be against me & told me to leave also.  They were both new.

  Other customers at this store already had problems with Christine about how unfriendly she is. One complained about her on google reviews.  The customer said nobody should have to be treated like this by Christine. Well I was her next victim.

 But they are allowed to treat customers like crap. Lie about them and retailate over a complaint. The The Board of Pharmacy or any other Alabama state agency are against customers, patient & LPN who are trying to survive. Who end up getting financially ruined by people like Psycho demonds.

  The phenix city police are psycho too!

  My complaint to the Board of Pharmacy seems to strike a nerve in CVS.  But the BOP has their back. I know why now why Dereck was so nice to me earlier that day. It was all a set up to use Matthew to get rid of me. I had been a customer at this store for 12 years since 2007.  I was betrayed abused & intentionally hurt. The BOP let me down & made my situation worse when the investigator found CVS pharmacy did nothing wrong.

These businesses pick & chose which customers to treat badly & harass. So that other customers can say that they had no issues with CVS. Every customer is different not one is treated the same way.
