For the second time using Empire Today, the salesperson mismeasured. There was not enough products to do the job in the time frame promised in my contract with them! I then had to take a day off work, unplanned, causing my own business to suffer and their only compensation was an offer of $50! Can not reach anyone to rectify this! No one calls or emails back! The only supervisor i was able to speak with, Liam, was rude and condescending! Terrible business practices Empire Today! I guess fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me!
