At this Good Coffee location the server started a loud, raucus and annoying conversation with customers next to us. The server was so busy talking she never gave us our full order although charged us for it. We were unable to get her attention at all.
When we requested that she tone it down, the surly cashier told us "if we do not like it, to go somewhere else". We paid good money for this experience? No wonder why this restaurant has so many poor reviews.

You know there are actual review sites like Yelp!, right? But even beyond that, why not call the shop, ask to speak to a manager, do some research and find out who owns the shop and get in contact with him, etc? I'm sure there are people who would like to know that their employees are acting this way toward paying customers.
This is not a Ripoff, and I don't know what you think you're accomplishing by posting here. Please, go an extra step and help out the shop- and future customers- by contacting the people who can actually fix these problems.
