I am very dissatisfied with the service provided from G&R heating and air. First off, this all started last Thursday (11/21) with a call to them about a broiler outage. With in the two hour window, Jay was there. He replaced the relay.
It seemed to work for 24 hours, but then the broiler went out around 4pm. So, yet another call to them was made. Sam came out to service again and recommended to call an electrician. Once the electrician showed up, he told me that both technicians left their equipment on site, electric cords exposed and panels open, as well as a giant mess from a broken bucket that was collecting water.
I called you again 11/26 to make them aware of the issue, sending out Tim to further diagnose the problem earlier this morning (11/27). I just went over there to find the equipment still there from your technicians.
Now, I have the company out there that installed the broiler telling me that the relay that was installed was not wired correctly and there is no way the heat would have ever came on the way that it was installed and wired.
So, not only did their technicians mis-diagnose three times, they installed the part incorrectly and left our broiler room a disaster. Anyone could have came in and messed with the wiring. They were unwilling to fufill our request of 50% off for inadequate and incompetent service.
