hudson and marshall Overselling HUD homes and Shill Bidding past reserve price Dallas TX
Hudson And Marshall recently posted several HUD homes that failed to sell on the hudhomestore and had the nerve to not only shill-bid the price up past the reserve, but then honor the winning bid. Instead they had the gall to counter-offer me a higher-price that was on the hudhomestore in the 'extended' period just 2 weeks prior!
This a clear violation of HUDs guidelines and an attempt to profit off our tax dollars.
SHAME ON YOU HUDSON AND MARSHALL!
