International Parcel Services Inc False fraudulent charges Clearwater Florida
After getting a quote on a shipping rate from the United States to Kuwait, and after payment for that shipping service - I received a "second invoice" asking for more money under the pretense of taxes and customs and duty fees which I paid.
The receiver of the shipment received an email asking him for the same 2nd charge (taxes, customs, and duty fees for the same amount I paid on the 2nd invoice.)
They are doing double charging for the sender and receiver for the same effect.
To summarize they are double charging both the sender and receiver for the same item "Customs Clearance Fee".
