I have complained about fraudulent activity to my account. This has been going on for four months. Customer service however, are very professional and patient. When they transfer my information to security I always get the same person from security services. Michael is from security services and he is very rude. I had to take aggressive measure to close my account and get a new debit card due to activities on my account that were fraudulent. I lost about $600 and they have not been helpful or considerate with my conserns. I been dealing with the same guy Michael. I keep asking for someone else from security but no luck.
I included just a small example of how rude Michael is. To be clear I have been sending messages the entire time and never received anything so I ended up calling customer service again.
