Bought a NEW pair of glasses, sent it to Lensabl for lens replacement since I have prescriptions. Lensabl delayed the processing, they gave me USPS and UPS for shipping, so I chose USPS. Package is lost, HAS NOT left california according to tracking number PROVIDED by Lensabl. It's been more than a month, lensabl emailed me numerous times, saying they will NOT refund what they lost. It's a total of $128, it's some change for most rich people but it's $128 of hard earned money for me.
