Lucky Orion Stars Nathen Drake is the owner and the only way to get ahold of anyone is by messenger and he blocked me, ignoring my requests. I took screenshots of winnings that were not being added onto my balance. I totalled them up and they owe me $310.00 and are refusing to pay me for them.
I was not getting my winnings on several games that I played on. I took screenshots of how the winnings were not being added to the balance for proof. What I have proof of totals $310.00. There is actually about $600 in winnings, but no proof of the others. I have tried to get ahold of the game service people who put the funds on for you when you request them through Cashapp and they just keep telling me that I have no balance on there.
I don't believe they are not understanding what I'm talking about. I've even sent the proof I have to them where the winnings did not get added to the balance and I got the same answer, was told to contact customer support, or ignored. I've contacted customer support which is through an online messaging source and never have got a response.
I found the owner Nathen Drake on Facebook and he asked if I wanted to play their games and when I told him what happened, he ignored me several times and then he blocked me on messenger. I've tried to call the supposed customer service number and get nothing but ringing. The only way to reach anyone is through Facebook messenger and I still do not have my winnings even after sending them the proof I have.
