Metropolitan Vision Downtown Highly unprofessional office and staff who are incompetent, disrespectful, rip-offs and discriminates! New York New York
I would highly advise not going here for your vision care as their office staff are ridiculously unprofessional, incredibly rude and they discriminate against patients. They don't know how to properly take care of a patients insurance benefits and will try to rip you off to make you pay for services out of pocket by the doctor. Their incompetence will then lead to vindictiveness where they will even hang up the phone and disconnect the line on you. There are many optometry offices in the city and this place should be avoided at all costs! Nightmare experience!
