INITIAL TRANSMISSION SHIPPED TO ME: 7/2/2018: I placed an order with Monster Transmission and sales person was John Blair. 7/17/2018: Initial shipping to me received and installed in car. It lasted 20 miles. The transmission lost all forward gears.

I talked to Chris, Manager on 8/2/2018 and asked for refund and answer was no. 8/8/2018: I paid ½ the cost of shipping it back to Monster Transmission. They received it on 8/16/2018. 2ND TIME REPAIRED TRANSMISSION SHIPPED BACK TO ME: 9/7/2018: Transmission reshipped back to me.

I installed the 2nd transmission back in the car, transmission still did not work. The transmission would not go into overdrive. I called back and asked to talk to Chris and was told Chris was no longer in that department. So I talked to a John Ell and ask for a refund and the answer was no and instructed to send it back to them. 10/2/2018: I shipped the transmission to them at their shipping cost as told.

3rd TIME REPAIRED TRANSMISSION SHIPPED BACK TO ME: 10/31/2018: I received it. I installed it and it lasted till 12/21/2018, it went to slipping real back. 1/26/2018: I called Monster transmission and Earl called back and said they needed to build a new one. 1/3/2019: It was shipped out to Monster transmission at their shipping cost.

4th TIME SUPPOSEDLY REBUILD TRANSMISSION SHIPPED BACK TO ME: 1/15/2019: It was shipped back to me. Still the same transmission and not a new build one like I was told by Earl. I reinstalled transmission and it shattered when it takes off and has a soft shift between gears.

It leaked at front seal and governor. 1/29//2019: I called back and talk to John and Marcus and was told to take it to Razorback transmission, a local transmission shop. 2/14/2019: I took the car to Razorback transmission on and got an estimate. I since have called back to Monster transmission and sent multiple texts and as of today 2/24/2019 I have not heard from them.

The owner of Razorback transmission also called them and no answer. During this whole transactions I have spoken to the following employers of Monster Transmission about my ordeal: Ginger, Trish, Dale Turnbull and Tracy Barnes. My total expenses is $1,780.94 that include the initial cost and the ½ shipping payment that I had to incur.

I would like a full refund so that I can purchase another transmission from some other business as I do not want to do business with Monster Transmission any longer. This transmission was for my 1955 Chevy which I enjoyed driving and has now been out of commission for 8 months now due to this ordeal with Monster Transmission. 2/26/2019: Monster Transmission (Joy) called and asked why I picked up the car from the Razorback Transmission shop, told her that was a place of business and could not leave my car there awaiting their decision.

2/27/2019: Talked to Marcus stating give 24 hours for him to make a decision. 2/28/2019 came and he never called. 3/1/2019: Called Marcus and no answer. Same day he left me a text to call to Joy since he was out of the office. Talked to Joy and the offer was $400 and a new transmission to be built. I declined because they promise building new transmission in the past and have not done so yet and I do not want to do business with them anymore and waiting on a refund. 3/4/19, 3/5/19, 3/8/19 I called no answer. 3/6/19 & 3/8/19 Left text message and no answer.
