If consistency is a priority for you, you may want to look elsewhere. There is a wide variability in the level of communication, accuracy/quality of work, competence, and sense of urgency between bookkeepers assigned. If you don't get assigned a good one it will put the integrity of your books and service delivery to customers at risk, and I've not found management to be responsive without massive effort expended to get their attention.
