Playstation Entertainment Playstation Support, Ask Playstation Product Return from Repair Disappearance and no replacement San Mateo, CA
In 2019 I bought a PS4 1TB. In November due to a technical issue, I sent the console to repair through the Playstation Support website. I received the box and sent the equipment. They sent it back but I have never received it. I tried to complain with Fedex who says that is the "shipper" who needs to start the complaint. I have been trying to contact Playstation and explain however their phone is never available to receive calls.
I just want what its mine back.
