RSM Canopies and Tarps Owner agreed to refund, now will not answer my communications. Visalia Ca.
Ownwe installed a cover to house 2 RV's. I questioned the materials and methods of installation but was assured it was guaranteed to withstand normal winds. Four days later (Jan 27 2021) the cover collapsed doing damage to one of the RV's. The owner agreed to refund $2100 of the $2700 I had paid him in cash on the 1/23.
He said he couldn't pay me right away so I agreed to a payment plan, $600 in April, and $500 for three more months. I also told him if he failed to pay what was agreed to, I would also be seeking damages to the RV. ($750) Now he will not contact me. He and his company have zero credibility.
