Sanaga Optical Sanaga Optical & Eye Care Centers Refused to provide a refund after not having my prescription eyeglasses that I paid for on 3/1/2022. Refused to provide me with a copy of my medical prescription and copy of my eyeglasses purchase. Baltimore Maryland

Dr. Michel Leno claimed I was going blind and needed eye surgery ASAP. He stated I had Glaucoma. When asked to put this in writing he became irate and denied the medical diagnosis. He claimed he couldn’t find any medical records in his computer. The medical code is Glaucoma on paperwork from Dr. Leno!! Very shady business practices, no transparency or integrity.
My eyeglasses still are not completed I keep receiving the runaround. The employee Octavia( Sakira) was fired after placing the order. I was denied a copy of my eyeglasses prescription and copies of my order per employee Keith stating Dr. Leno did not allow the employees to provide you with your own medical prescriptions or copies of your paid eyeglasses prescriptions.
Jackie the office manager rudely refused my refund request. No where in store is it visibly posted no refunds !!
