Sawarovski at Mohegan Sun Swarovski High Pressure and Rude Service at Mohegan Sun Uncasville CT
On Saturday August 24, 2019 night at about 9 PM. My girlfriend and I went into Swarovski at Mohegan Sun. I am a register client and buy their Christmas Tree Ornament each year. While it is certainly not the highest Jewelery, some of the merchadise is eye catching. A woman waited on us and we selected the Key to your heart necklace.
My girl also wanted to look at a mother of pearl watch and another watch. I took pictures of them because my her birthday is coming up and I told clerk that I would be back. When we got to the register, she has two watches and the Key necklases to ring up. She became upset and said that is what she wants. I told her I would be back another day and those are going to be a birthday present. She became angry.
I said her tatics were high pressure sales techniques and I requested to see the Manager. She then said she was the manager and she was going to call security, if I didn't leave. I feel she was also misleading my girl who does not speak english into saying that she wanted the watches now. I have seen similar posts on YELP!
I won't how many older or handicap folks fell for this woman's strong arm tatics. Unprofessional and dissapointing. Swarovski you can do better.
