Seat Geek took my money but never got tickets and they would not respond to me
I purchase tickets through Seat Geek for a Harry Styles concert that took place on 10/14/21. I was sent a confirmation of my purchase and my credit card was hit on 2/13/20 however the tickets were never sent to me. I reached out to Seat Geek via email (there is no phone number) countless times inquiring about my tickets but never received a response (other than a canned response telling me that volumes were high and I should look at their FAQs).
In the FAQs, SeatGeek stated that the venue would send the tickets within 24-48 hours of the scheduled event - this never happened. Seat Geek has my $517.48 but I never received the tickets - this is complete fraud.

mailing a copy of your Ripoff Report to your Attorney General immediately. Send a hard-copy and email a copy too.
