Seth Ebel Construction (Belfry Montana) ripped me off $34,368 posing as a trusted local General Contractor hired to finish my barn into living space ... but he took the money, ran, and disappeared ... ghosting me and will not respond to me or my attorney as of July 2021. Belfrey Montana

"December 2019 Seth Ebel of Seth Ebel Construction (Belfry Montana) was retained by me as a hired General Contractor to finish out my 25X19 barn structure in Red Lodge MT. He agreed to finish the barn into living space within one year and was pre-paid $34,368.58 in advance at his request. He drew up a legal agreement which we both signed. After he received my money, his conversations slowed to a halt. He would only appear & do pidley little things to the barn, and kept coming up with excuses why he couldn't do more.
These excuses included "well it's hunting season and I don't work during hunting season, I broke my foot, 5 people close to me just died, I can't work in the winter due to the frozen ground, covid stopped me, etc. Then after digging a whole in the yard on May 2021 he then completely disappeared & now refuses to call, text, or email me back. A neighbor contacted him in my behalf to ask why he was doing this? The neighbor said that Seth replied "I don't care". He works in the Red Lodge MT area and works from his home in Belfrey, MT

You can email a copy of your Ripoff Report to your Attorney General. He or she may be able to help you. Also mail copies of your Ripoff Report to all of your Local TV Stations. Put it to the attention of: Investigative Reporter.

Dateline NBC and to 60 Minutes in New York. Maybe on of them will contact you and do a story about your situation and expose this person on National TV. Their addresses are available at this site. Just type in 271771 and the addresses appear in Consumer Comment #1 at Ripoff Report 271771.
