Southern Management Rentals in Glen Rock,Pa My husband and I rented from these people and a few months into our lease/contract, we found out the neighbor above us was doing illegal drugs, which specifically states in lease " No Illegal Drugs" well we also had other major issues, but this was the worst, the old guy above our apt was doing illegal drugs all night, was noisy dropping things all night to be ignorant,moving furniture in early morning hours ...to make more noise, seems like he never slept, Could smell heavy stong crack and skunk weed.
We had complained about this quite a few times to this rental company, they ignored us , called the state police, they did Nothing! so finally after enough complaining , the b***h in charge of Southern Management, ( Stella Raffensberger) told us she could not do anything for us ,and also stated we will have to leave, she would not renew our lease cuz we complained... My husband has COPD and went to the hospital 3 x' s in one year because of this stupid sh*t, and they did nothing to stop this abusive action, instead we have to be homeless because of this stupid bi*ch, They should have thrown the upstairs neighbor out.
he was the one in violation ,Not us, crooked business, lousy business overall, they don't know or care about anyone, just as long as they get their stinking greed money, So I would suggest Stay far away from the
