sport-bros.com Ordered a set of golf clubs, Never showed up
I was lead to sport-bros.com by an instragram post, saying they were having a storewide sale on all sports equipment for 3 days. I purchased a set of Taylormade P790 golf clubs, as the price was outstanding. I received a confirmation of the purchase, and a confirmation that the item was shipped a day later.
There was no tracking number, so I inquired about that and they responded by saying that they do not ship with a tracking number, but they purchase insurance which is cheaper. If the clubs don't show up within 7 to 18 days, to contact them and they will open an investigation.
I waited till the 19th day, then emailed and no response. Emailed a second time and still no response. Their instagram posts were removed and all items on the website now show sold out accept for the clubs I purchased. I was forced to dispute with my credit card and hope for the best.
