Superior lawn and landscaping Damaged my windshield Flint Michigan
Around 8 months ago my car was damaged by six guys with blowers pushing stuff from behind a dumpster across the common area at at an apartment complex. I took my car in and got an estimate. Called the owner he told me he was a nice guy and offered $50.00 or a complete written estimate. Did that, went to several places got the cheapest faxed that to his office. No response. So I called him.
I have called numerous times he is either not available or they are closed. This company was suppose to be doing winter lawn maintenance fertilizing maybe some seed and aerate and rake. Why are they using weedwackers and blowers! It's winter! Six guys with blowers at 140 horse power can and did damage my windshield they blew everything across my car then didn't know where to put it and another guy stood in front of my car with a Stihl blower and blew the debris across the windshield to the back by the fence and damaged my windshield.
My windshield is now pitted. I decided not to file an insurance claim too costly. Instead I asked the owner for half. He has never even looked at my car. His company is in the complex at least once a week. General liability coverage would pay for damages but I don't think he has any. Clearly, he doesn't care!
