Teddy Lichtschein the nursing home operator is a compulsive liar,manipulator and fraud who consistently abuses and harrases his employees. Everything out of Teddy's mouth is a lie and a con with the entire goal of taking peoples money. He consistently intimidates, harrases and abuses all of his subordinates. He will publicly humiliate and berate people with the sole purpose of intimidating and controlling them. All of the employees that have been abused and tormented by him should file harrasment law suits against him.
