Trevlyn McClellan Skip McClellan Scammed us when we contracted him to remove trees after a tornado Elkton Maryland
We contracted him to do tree removal after a tornado took out the trees in our yard. He said he would be done in a month. 10 months later, he wasn’t done and kept putting us off. He also agreed to payment after the job was done because of insurance purposes but changed his mind multiple times and refused to do work as we weren’t paying him.
He waited so long that the area was overgrown with weeds and grass and we couldn't even mow that part of our yard. He brought in an excavator to pick up the sticks and wood of what little he already had done and did even more damage to our yard.
He then sued us for 75% of the work. Even though he showed no proof that he did that much and even admitted to the judge that he only cut 5 of the 12 trees, the judge awarded him the case. He harassed our neighbors and us. Do not ever use him for anything!
