I paid Walmart $99 for a membership to Walmart +, which ncludes unlimited free grocery delivery. When I placed an order today, I was informed by email that my order was cancelled and so would be any future orders due to my violations orf their return policy. The problem is, I have not returned anything. I have spoken to 2 representatives that agree.
My thoughts are, that due to mistakes walmart has made, including delivering my groceries to the wrong address dozens of times, that their algorithms flagged my account due to all the refunds they have had to issue. So basically, I paid for horrible service and am now beng punished because I received horrible service.
