This property has a "dirty title" (lis pendens) recorded against it until this matter is settled in court.

Mortgage was current up until homeowner was defrauded by LAKESIDE PLAZA HOA MILLION DOLLAR EMBEZZLEMENT, EXTORTION & FRAUDULENT FORECLOSURE SCHEME.

Fannie Mae and Chase can expect to be sued for not working with the defrauded victim homeowner.

HOA Dues skyrocketed from $130 to nearly $600 per month to pay for EXTORTION & EMBEZZLEMENT by LAKESIDE PLAZA FORMER BOARD PRESIDENT, FRANK PERAU (AND OTHERS).
