176 OLD WILMOT ROAD SCARSDALE,NY SLUMLORD i am a neighbor of the OWNER OF ABOVE PROPERTY she has an illegal apt and has rented the top level out the person was forced to move because she without notice brought her drug addict son who throws parties and smokes dope in the house. The person living there called police as well as neighbors and now is renting it out agin from 3000 to 4200 NO ONE SHOULD RENT FROM HER SHE TRETS HER TENATS LIKE SGARBAGE NO SNOW REMOVAL< BUGS< NO REPAIRS!! RENTER BEWARE scarsdale New York
The OWNER OF 176 Wilmot Road is a Neighbor !! She has an ilegal downstairs apt and was renting to someone who was forced to move because after several months brought the son who is a drug addict and smokes dope in the downstars and throws parties during day and nite .. Neighbors are fed up and the person moved after police were called by everyone.. Ms Rajan makes no REPAIRS , GIVES FALSE NUMBERS AND INFORMATION.. SHE LEFT HER TENANT STRANDED WITH SNOW REMOVAL NOT DONE!!
DO NOT DEAL OR RENT FOR OR FROM HER !!WE WOUD LOVE HER TO MOVE!!
