Stay away from this landlord. They do not make any necessary repairs. We lived in the house with leaking ceiling, refrigerator non- functioning, heater broken for 5 months and they constantly try to sue you. Even when you mail them a check, landlord fails to deposit and turn around and charge late fees. Just because you complained about heater. Please do not rent 18 van wagoner drive Englewood Cliffs
