This company on January 18th 2011. I had misplaced a key for a 1996 Plymouth voyager. I contacter 1800prokeys and explained i need a key to match ignition and locks, just one key. They told me total for them to come out, make a key and give me the key would be $135 total. When the locksmith PAULY came out he confirmed the same price after taking the vin of the car and writing down all my information. I signed a document to condirm this is my vehicle and walked inside my home because Pauly told me it should take an hour. About 20 minutes later he calls and tells me he is done with the job. I go outside and am handed two keys and the same paper i had signed previously with charges od 261.00. I asked what are all these charges and he told me $55 for a service charge, not sure why that wasnt mentionedor calculated earlier, and $60 for labor. additional tax did also apply which i am not disputing. The explanation was that the two keys cost me $135. My card was charged before he called me to inform of the job being complete and these addtional charges were written on the same paper i signed to verify my information, which i had never authorized. This 1800prokeys company are liars and scam artists. STAY AWAY!

You should be able to cut back the charge to the original quote of $135.
