1800mattres& MATTRES DOCTOR ripoff THEY SOLD ME A SECOND HAND DEFECTED BOXSPRING,TRIED SAYING IT WAS DAMAGED BUY CUSTOMER Fishkill New York
my son was sleeping in his bed, and it collasped and he fell on his back and hit the floor, due to a second hand faulty wood and boxspring. then the so called mattres doctor as they call him came and inspected the boxspring, and he did more damage to the mattres and is trying to claim customer damage. how is it customer damage when someone is sleeping and a product gives way and my son falls to the floor due to a faulty product?
this boxspring is made of cheap wood, and cardboard box, and cheesecloth they call that a dust cover. I paid over 500.00 dollars for each set, and I brought three sets the same. these sets are only 3-4months old? they said we will charge you half for a new one to replace? I should not have to pay anything for a defected workmanship.
I WANT THEM TO MAKE GOOD ON THE SET. ALL THEY DO WHEN YOU CALL IS PASS THE BUCK, AND PUT PHONEY SUPERVISIOR ON THE PHONE ECT. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET THEIR ATTENTION,MY NEXT STEP IS NEWS ON MY SIDE,SHAME,SHAME ON YOU.
