I was told personally there would be a base until training started. It took forever to get this project off the ground. I spoke with other participating reps and we all agreed we should have looked for a real, stable company elsewhere sooner instead of hanging on wasting our time. Give it a break, 4 of us all on the same page with our thoughts of this company ? Looks like somebody is just trying to lick their wounds and save a sinkng ship. This is fine for a junior telemarketers but professional telesales people - don't waste your talent.

The position is and always has been a commission only sales position. That is how it is advertised and how the Independent Contractor Agreement that each prospect receives and signs BEFORE training. The expectation was ONE sale a day and at that rate the income potential is quite good--in excess of $60,000 per year--not 6 sales a day. Everyone in the project received an income calculation example with the expectation and calculations of commission and residual income (and assumptions) BEFORE starting work.
Yes, one has to make alot of calls to be successful as a sales person. We quote 50-75 calls per day to get a pipleine going. An industry standard! At 100 calls per day a person, who is a sales person, would be very successful.
Rich never completed a sale so his statistics on installation and customer service are pure fanatasy!
In reality, the install takes a couple of hours, so we quoted 7-10 days to allow the client webmaster to be contacted and scheduled.
Was the first class successful.....NO!.....were others? YES. The people from the first class made a total of 150 calls COMBINED (that is an average of 30 calls each!) before they started to disappear. Cant be successful with no work! Would you give a draw to someone who demonstrated such a lack of work ethic? They spent more time in training than they did after training!
1NW Contact has an open line/open door policy and any of our managers are available to speak with agents, prospects or former agents.
If you have any questions or issues call me....same number that is on the website: 877/404-5639!
