Charged a 19.99 loan application fee, even though I didn't sign or take out a loan. The fee charged is only suppose to be application fee if you receive the funds. I tried to contact 200 cash.com, and it's only a recording. I've read online we're other people have had this same thing happen.

The fee is an APPLICATION fee and is paid up front when applying for the loan. this is on the FRONT PAGE of the website: """" Q - What does it cost to get a payday advance loan? A - For each $100 borrowed, our charges are a low $30 every 2 weeks or part thereof. There is also a $19.00, one-time only, non-refundable application fee, payable upon submission of this application. """ It says in black and white that there is a 19$ non-refundable application fee when you submit your application. Not a rip off, you just didn't read.
