Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We purchased a car from these scammers two weeks ago. We were looking to purchase a Mercedes R-350, they had plenty advertised on their web site for very cheap. We called ahead before we took the hour and a half drive to confirm they had the vehicle we were interested in. The confirmed they had it.

When we arrived we come to find out they had almost NONE of the cars they had advertised for so cheap so. They had one inpreticular car that we were interested in and asked the price, he told us around $3,000 more than what they had advertised. We brought it to his attention, he stuttered and said "well I guess they have to give it to you for that price".

We kept looking and noticed all the high end cars they have were in desperate need of detailing and almost all needed body work. We finally found something that was still not presentable and thought it only needed detailing and the scratches needed to be fixed on the whole back bumper. The sales men agreed to give us a rental when we brought back the car to get cleaned.

Later when calling him he tells me "you have to wait for the car cause I can't give you a rental, I have no tags" Another empty promise. When we drove off the lot the problems started. They did not want to negotiate a price even though the car was damaged, did not want to offer us a warrany, the factory warranty was almost up. Thats their scam.

The remote didn't work, the check engine light came on and a few others, the car shakes, needs an alignment and the list goes one. We had someone look over it today and found 3 different leaks under the car. After realizing we were sold a car that wasn't even looked over before it was sold we called the sales man and he agreed to swap the car.

We took another hour and a half trip up there to find our sales man no where to be found. We had called ahead again to make sure they had the car we were looking to swap for, again the confirmed. Again the car was not there, another excuse. They tried telling us the car was having problems because we put gas in it, are you kidding me? They found every excuse to not trade the car.

So we decided to take it up with the sales man the following business day. My husband asked if he would put it in writing that he agreed to swap the car & never recieved anything. The next week was alot of phone calls made by us and none returned by them. At this point they know we were upset and that they promised to give us another car and just wouldn't address the issue.

We even looked at a car for a higher price and agreed to take up the extra payments if they came down just a small amout on the price. All they wanted us to do is be inconvienced by driving the car all the way down there, with no rental, not to mention they extra things we have to pay for that a warranty will not cover. We tried everything we could to be nice and work out a deal.

These people are NOT about customer satisfaction, and are looking to screw you over. Read the other stories about these scammers. I have never delt with a dealership as slimy as these people, I used to be employed at one and they would NEVER do this to their customers. They need to be stopped, their is a list of things they can be charged with.
