My wife & I signed up at Holiday Inn in Chico CA. We bought a website with expansions & training. Our package got us cards & supposedly a website. The website never functioned. Customer service gave one excuse after another. We were never able to get a valid response or a refund. By the time we got a reply, it was from a "lead recruiter" who told us that our time frame for refund had passed & that our website was being shut down without further customer service. After the shut down, a customer service rep told us that we were beyond our time frame for reporting a loss & that our money was forfeit. We lost more than $1,000 and never had anything other than business cards that lead to a dead link.
