Phil Parana 770 W ferry Buffalo, NY 14222 716-885-4772 [email protected] Phil Parana is listed as the admin, so he may or may not be the owner. Memteck's webhosting was through Yahoo and here is their domains division contact info 701 First Ave. Sunnyvale, CA 94089 [email protected] 1-619-881-3096 contact them also and see if they have any legitimate contact info on this guy. ALSO, if you ever received an email from either of these companies, forward it to me and I will try to track down the originating IP from this guy. Good luck
