Complaint Review: 3499 Dollar Messenger - Internet

***AVOID THIS GUY IF YOU WANT YOUR IMPORTANT PAPERWORK DELIVERED!!!***
I've paid more than $100 for this 3499 Dollar Messenger, AKA Dave McMillan, to deliver ONE small claim court paper to the same defendant TWICE in two months, and he has failed TWICE.  So  I have to reset the court date THREE times and to choose another process server to do the job, and the second company I hired has delivered the stuff in their first attempt.  
Think twice if you are about to hire this guy!!!  He is a big time Scam!!!  Here is my story for you to NOT hire this person to deliver your important court paper.
I've filed a small claim case against my customer with an unpaid invoice on August 9th and setup the court date on September 9th, 2012.  On August 29th which is less than 15 days prior to the court date (Court paper must be delivered to the defendant in more than 15 days).  I admitted this is my fault that I did not pay attention to the court date rules, but I still made contact with this 3499 Messenger guy to deliver the paper.  This guy charged me $85 and promised me to make a same day delivery.  About 1 week before the court date, I started to make contact with this guy again to check on the delivery status.  It was either extremely hard to get in touch with this guy or he put me on a longer than 30 minutes hold and could not get a hold with him while he is "checking" on the status.  On September 8th, 2012, 1 day before the actual court date, I went to the court to find out if he has sent back the proof of serve which he DID NOT.  So I had to reset the court date on October 9th, 2012.
The second time I made contact with this guy on September 8th, 2012, the same day as I reset the court date.  I emailed him the new court paper for him to deliver in more than 30 days, and he promised me not to charge me extra money because I paid him $85 before and he did not get the job done.  Couple days later, this guy called me and ask me for extra $34 because he claimed that the address I provided is a wrong address with wrong business, but he found the correct address, so the $34 was for him to start another new delivery.  I was not so happy about his service because I personally been to that place with the same address not long ago, so I was doubted if he had ever made the first delivery when he charged me $85 for the first job.  Then I started calling and messaging this guy two weeks before the court date just to make sure he has sent in the proof of serve.  However, I got no responses from this guy at all.  Then on October 9th, 2012, I went to the court and found out that there is no proof of serve has ever been sent in.  I was very very pissed at that point, and I have called this guy for like 100 times in 30 minutes until he picks up his phone.  Then he started blaming me for his failure due to my Non-professional and dis-organized, and making excuses like lost mail and incorrect address, all sort of those bulls....
So I have to reset the court date again in month later.  And I hired another process server who is listed on first page of Google, and I gave them the exact same address and files.  The result is my file has been delivered and the proof of service has been mailed to the court within 1 week.  
I have read this 3499 dollar messenger reviews online which is not so beautiful....  This guy is the lowest of lows!!!  I am very regretted to hire some one like 3499 Dollar Messenger before reviewing his feedback.  I hope my experiences with this scam artist can prevent you for becoming next victim.
